Imperial II

The Imperial Tower II is the tallest building in India and Mumbai. Standing at a height of 256 meters, this residential building is located in the MP Mills Compound area. It consists of 60 floors, with apartments starting from the 40th floor. Each apartment offers a panoramic view ranging from 150 to 270 degrees. The building was designed by Hafeez Contractor and constructed by the Shapoorji Pallonji Group.

Ahuja Towers

Ahuja Towers is the second tallest building in India and Mumbai. Completed in 2015, this 54-floor building is owned by Ahuja Constructions and has a total height of 248 meters. The 78 apartments in this tower house some of Mumbai’s most prominent businessmen and wealthy individuals, including Mumbai IPL team captain Rohit Sharma. The 40th floor of the tower features seven exclusive apartments. The interior design of this building was done by Wilson Associates, a New York-based firm.

Lodha Bellissimo

Lodha Bellissimo, located in the Mahalaxmi area of Mumbai, is the third tallest building in the city. It stands 222 meters above sea level and consists of 48 floors. The building features two, three, and five BHK apartments with state-of-the-art amenities. Designed by Jeffrey Bawa, each apartment offers stunning views of the eastern coastline and the cityscape.

Orchid Enclave 2

Currently under construction, Orchid Enclave is one of the tallest buildings being built in Mumbai. Once completed, it is expected to become the fourth tallest building in Mumbai. Located near Mumbai Central, this building is being developed by DB Realty. It will have a height of 210 meters and consist of 52 floors.

Kohinoor Square Tower I

Kohinoor Square Tower is one of the largest buildings in Mumbai, with 48 floors. Although still under construction, it is nearing completion and is expected to be finished within this year. This 206-meter-tall building is a commercial property that will house hotels, offices, and shops. Located in the Dadar area, it features two commercial towers.

Antilia

Antilia, owned by the renowned industrialist Mukesh Ambani, is arguably the most famous building in Mumbai. Situated in the Altamount area, this building holds the distinction of being the world's tallest residential home. It features three helipads, a temple, a spa, two entertainment centers, swimming pools, a 50-seat theater, a grand ballroom, and a parking garage, representing the pinnacle of luxury and grandeur.

Planet Godrej

Located in the Mahalaxmi area of South Mumbai, Planet Godrej is one of the tallest buildings in India. A unique feature of this building is the extensive open space surrounding it. Only 5% of the total area has been utilized for the building, ensuring a vast expanse of greenery around the structure.

World Trade Center

The Mumbai World Trade Center building is one of the most significant buildings in Mumbai. Located in the prime area of Cuffe Parade, this building was the tallest in South Asia until 2010. The Imperial Tower surpassed this distinction in 2010.

Oberoi Trident

The Oberoi Trident, which glows like gold even at night, is located in the Nariman Point area. Operating as Mumbai’s largest hotel, the rooms are designed to offer a mesmerizing view of the coastline, providing guests with a unique and memorable experience.
